WELCOME In the old days there was a wisdom that we from today can hardly grasp... We are so distracted... With our inner dialogs. Our will is misdirected and steering in the worst case against our FATE. We have to bow to the unevitable and stop fighting. Inner dialogs? Yes, the little angel and the little devil on the shoulder.... Each one of the two represents one side of a dual expression of the eight levels of evolution. But more to that later. Doing exactly the cosmic will would make you un-failable. How? Enjoy what you are doing. Otherwise it won't be good enough. Has anyone seen a christian bishops conference? If not, let me tell you, it's not looking like fun at all. If you do it right, other thoughts are gone and the only thing your brain can do is repeating this words. In its most basic form this is called prayer or meditation. The more elevated form of the same approach is to use your WILL to have an intentional effect on your surroundings or yourself. Repeat that for some time. Pray to any God you like for enough time and you'll see how he appears. This fact is where all this Kabala, magic spell etc. comes from. If you now use this will toward your inside, magical things start to happen. You are changing yourself! 1st day INTRO I don't really know how far out to start our journey. We all have such distinct mind sets.... But there are parallels in all of us that merit mentioning: ERIKSON/ Erikson's theory consist of eight stages of development. Each stage is characterized by a different conflict that must be resolved by the individual. When the environment makes new demands on people, the conflicts arise. "The person is faced with a choice between two ways of coping with each crisis, an adaptive, or mal-adaptive way. Only when each crisis is resolved, which involves a change in the personality, does the person have sufficient strength to deal with the next stages of development"(Schultz and Schultz, 1987). If a person is unable to resolve a conflict at a particular stage, they will confront and struggle with it later in life. /ERIKSON TL/ To understand neurological space, Dr. Leary assumes that the nervous system consists of eight potential circuits, or "gears," or mini-brains. Four of these brains are in the usually active left lobe and are concerned with our terrestrial survival; four are extraterrestrial, reside in the "silent" or inactive right lobe, and are for use in our future evolution. /TL Buddism's Eightfold Path: View, Intention, Speech, Action, Livelihood, Effort, Mindfullness, Concentration.... 1 HEALTH TL/ basic attitude of trust or suspicion which will ever after trigger approach or avoidance./TL An old greek saying goes: A healthy spirit in a healthy body. We have a lifestyle that is negligent at best with all that this universe has taught us so far. Sitting for eight hours in front of a computer and the rest of the wake-time in front of a TV. The digestive system decides if substances are poisonous or beneficial. The bloodstream distributes, lungs breathe rhythm into the heart beat, which in turn, according to Dan Winter, produces extreme heart beat harmonics when joyful and ecstatic. This harmonics are in the ultraviolet wavelength and apparently wiggle the DNA of all our cells into the perfect shape, the golden proportion. You all have heard that happy people are less sick. Our body is sacred, marvelous and unfathomable. This instrument of God given to our souls is supposed to take care of itself. Without daily pills and corrective diets. Muscle tensions are the results of adaptive processes to fit in the daily routines and choirs. I am sitting in an office with air-condition and have my window open. Cold air is passing over my back. Muscles get tense and twisted on one side and stay soft on the other side. Muscles are attached to bones. Bones get pulled off their correct position. Other muscles attached to this same bone stretch to release the tension, thereby creating new problem points. Spinal column bones are very prone to this kind of avalanche effect and all kinds of ills are the result. By allowing oneself to regular receive an alignment of the muscles and tendons, one is able to alleviate and finally eliminate the base of bodily discomfort thereby guaranteeing better body condition and opening the possibilities for a healthier spirit and life. Most peoples' headaches are based on tense muscles around the neck. Popping a pill is not the correct approach and adds hemorrhoids. >>>>>>>>>>>>> Explain Aikido head and muscle routine. The Root Chakra and the included sex organs are the most sacred body part we have. Sex organs are the only vehicle to maintain humanity, us and all what our ancestors fought for. All other organs are second to this. Lust is good. Sex is good. Enjoy it, together. It is all about love and unity. Who needs a virgin! We westerners have such a ballast from our current religion's tabus, that it is a pure wonder that there are still humans on this planet. But Nature always succeeds. We are not a little speck of dust in a remote corner of this galaxy, but connected beings of light. AC/ Our minds and bodies are veils of the Light within. /AC CC/ All the faculties, possibilities and accomplishments of shamanism from the simplest to the most astounding, are in the human body itself. /CC AC/ "I will give thee the wisdom the serpent, but thou must cleanse thy brain. 2 EMOTIONS I have always made a difference between emotions and feelings. Emotions are echoes of memorized, past feelings. And emotions are normally bad, because they restrict the current, new feelings. Past punishments will modulate my future behavior. Except if I am shameless. On this level we learn how to go to the toilet. Shame and doubt are planted. WE STAND UP. CC/ To be angry at people means that one considers their acts to be important. It is imperative to cease to feel that way. The act of man cannot be important enough to offset our only viable alternative: our unchangeable encounter with infinity. /CC TL/ The first imprint on this circuit remains constant for life and identifies the stimuli which will automatically trigger dominant, aggressive behavior or submissive, cooperative behavior./TL CC/ Feeling important makes one heavy, clumsy and in vain. To be a warrior one needs to be light and fluid. The seer sees that every man is in touch with everything else, not through his hands, but through a bunch of long fibers that shoot out in all directions from his abdomen. Those fibers join a man to his surroundings; they keep his balance; they give him stability. /CC CC/ A warrior doesn't remorse for anything he has done, because to isolate one's acts as being mean or ugly, or evil is to place an unwanted importance on the self. The trick is what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. /CC CC/ Self- importance is man's greatest enemy. What weakens him is feeling offended by the deeds and misdeeds of his fellow men. Self-importance requires that one spend most of one's life offended by something or someone. /CC AC/ Let the Aspirant live the life of a strong and beautiful being, proud and exalted, contemptuous of and fierce toward all that is base and vile. /AC AC/ As long as a man can get rid of his surplus Energy in enjoyment, he finds life easy, and submits. Deprive him of Pleasure, of Ecstasy, and his mind begins to worry about the way in which he is exploited and oppressed. Very soon he begins furtively to throw bombs; and, gathering strength, to send his tyrants to the gallows. /AC ICHING/ Among mankind also there are necessarily differences of elevation; it is impossible to bring about universal equality. But it is important that differences in social rank should not be arbitrary and unjust, for if this occurs, envy and class struggle are the inevitable consequences. If, on the other hand, external differences in rank correspond with differences in inner worth, and if inner worth forms the criterion of external rank, people acquiesce and order reigns in society. /ICHING |

2nd day 3 KNOWLEDGE This level is about learning to learn. I want to teach two things: The Blue Sphere and the eight-fold path to enlightenment. Let me tell you all about an infallible method of protecting oneself: The blue sphere. This is something I discovered while I was in the sorry state of paranoia about witchcraft and the like. I imagined a spherical mirror around myself, a mirror with reflective properties against any bad vibes and with transparent properties for all intentional good vibes. It would just simply reflect this energies back to the sender. No energy wasted, no active participation against evil. Filtered away. It helped then... Well, this imagined mirror exists! And what I said holds true today. If you believe in the protective properties, it will work and give you an additional layer of protection for there rest of your life. You can even create one around objects! Any color is fine. Imagine a big sphere around your house, one around the wound you have, protect your baby with an extra one, the possibilities are endless. This kind of thought activities has real effects! Please don't forget that I mentioned this exercise. It can repel mosquitos and bad vibes. Another thing that we have to address here today is the eight-fold nature of our spirit. I Ching, Lamaism, Buddhism, Psychologists, Anthropologists all say the same. We are composed of eight levels of evolution: Since we were the one-celled slime blob crawling around one of the 360 degrees of freedom, we developed territorial reactions with forward-back motion, used ever more successful language to transfer skills and toolmaking abilities and finally use rituals and festive days to participate in group/clan/social activities. Rules, laws and taboos define day to day interactions. TL/ Language becomes a symbol for interaction in the world, defining thought and memory. With the tool of language one becomes a learner, a receiver of the teachings of the social order. /TL This beautiful bluish sphere is called an Aura. The Aura is an electrostatic field around all living creatures that can be measured and displayed. We can manipulate it by pure, intentional will power as we will demonstrate. You all have already met Krishna and he has photographed and stored the initial status and energy balance of your unique, personal auras. This course is meant to amplify and balance each participants aura field through conscious focus on the invisible causes. AC/ Reason itself is a lie. He explains that this must be the case in the nature of things. The Reason may be in perfect order and never make a mistake, that is, within the limits of its powers. But it can never be certain of being right unless its knowledge is complete, which of course can never happen. In fact, being bound by its own laws, it has no means of finding out whether in any one case there may not be some factor vital to the problem of whose very nature it has no knowledge at all/AC CC/ We hardly realize that we can cut anything out of our lives, anytime, in the blink of an eye. /CC CC/ Whatever we know is limited. Gravely limited to only what we experienced. Thus knowledge cannot be our reference. We have to follow the path with heart. On a path without heart we will forever struggle to like the path and not see the wonders of it. /CC BP/ Think positive is said easier then done, but if you just re-phrase the half empty glass to the half full glass for some years, if you intentional lie to yourself about your inner state by spicing it up (being a fatalistic optimist), the accidents and bad luck wears off. The magic is done by repetition of anything you like, reinforcement of positive thought structures. /BP BP/ Whatever you think up, you got to be comfortable with it. Your thoughts have to be pleasant and consistent or they are useless or even harmful. If you start to believe in confusing and threatening issues, you steal you own resolve and integrity. If something looks threatening, you have to change your perception of it or cease to think about it. If something bothers you, change it until it does not bother anymore. Only by eliminating all negative, dragging thoughts can you expect to get harmonious in yourself. Most of the time it is not the situation, but our interpretation, that crates the problem./BP |

4 TABUS AND RITUALS We get born into a society with its rituals, laws and religion. To not be an outcast, we have to adapt and bow. Obey the laws of society. Fear the punishments. A sorry state is guaranteed. Confused at the least. This is the state of each and every teenager leaving high-school. All what is left after the full treatment of some 20 years is a physically poisoned, emotional scarred, know nothing trained in something who avoids confrontation. The problem are all this "verboten" rules. Self-made or external. Not even robots can handle that correctly. Natural growth is the only acceptable form of development. This first four levels are restricting events in each ones life. Health, Emotions, Language and Society. All, one after the other, will leave their specific stamp on you and limit your infinite, starting point some more. The opposite following four levels are: Sensuality, Awareness, Impeccability and Ego Transcendence. TL/ This four are extraterrestrial, reside in the "silent" or inactive right lobe, and are for use in our future evolution. /TL We will talk more about this levels the next two days. But back to the first four.... Chackra states/ The challenge of this activity is that the subtle and higher truths of the upper bodies are distorted into preexisting mental concepts by the lower Manas. Further disruption occurs when these messages pass through the desire body, which colors the information with the preferences and dislikes of the individual. In the average person, by the time any communication moves from the higher to the lower bodies it has been hopelessly distorted by the intervening urges and thoughts. In the majority of humans today, the higher Manas is not an active principle. /Chackra states And this is the state that most people are in onto death takes over. AC/ We have here a picture of the average man, of a fool. He has no will of his own, is all things to all men, is void, a repeater of words of whose sense he knows nought, a drifter, both idle and violent, compact partly of fierce passions that burn up both himself and the other, but mostly of inert and characterless nonentity, with a little heaviness, dullness, and stupefaction for his only positive qualities. /AC AC/A further challenge now rings out. Aiwass insists that we shall use all our functions as fully as we can. We are to enjoy all things, to make them serve our Will and thrill us with rapture. We must dismiss that bogey of those who wish to treat mankind as children without spirit or wit, to frighten us into slavish service to codes of conduct which suit their own servile nature, allay their fears, or procure easy preys for their greed by the threat of some God who will make trouble for those who dare to be themselves and do their own True Wills /AC AST/ After an excessive focus on emotions and desires, the main thing which binds souls to the lower planes (physical, astral and causal) is an excessive focus on knowledge and conceptual structures. /AST AC/ This which now follows is the essence of His doctrine. That existence is pure joy is His first direct challenge to the whole body of the best and deepest thought of the best and wisest men of this Earth, from the dawn of man's Records even unto this hour of His speaking. It cuts clean across the whole trend of men's minds with sheer sweep of steel; no truce, nor quarter./AC AC/ Now the Second Challenge: a Bugle Call shriller and clearer than the First. Sorrow, pain, regret, are symptoms of diseased thought; those only who have ceased to be able to adjust themselves rightly and gladly to all Change, and to grow thereby, or those who still react, but only feebly and vainly, take Sorrow, pain, and regret to be Real. Those (also) who do not yet know Hadit (that is, know their True Selves to be Hadit) are likewise deceived/AC AC/ The only thing that can do harm is to set limits to That which is by Nature Free and without Bounds. 3rd day 5 SENSORY Start feeling your body now! Trust your senses. Forget the tabus and warnings. Realtime! That is all what is there to it. The gut feeling is correct. Don't fear past or worry the future. Feel Now! Be aware, hear and see the world. Fearless and in awe. ICHING/ This is the spirit that must animate leaders and rulers of men-a profound inner seriousness from which all terrors glance off harmlessly. /ICHING ICHING/ Pleasure shared is pleasure doubled. /ICHING AC/ It is obvious to the physiologist that beauty (that is, the fitness of proportion) and love (that is, the natural attraction between things whose union satisfies both) need for fulfillment absolute spontaneity and freedom from restriction. /AC AC/ Sin is defined as Restriction: that is; the setting of limits, or the desire to set limits, to any thing that is, seeing that as above set forth the true Nature of all things is to fulfill themselves in all Ways. Yet though all things be thus lawful in themselves, it is often Restriction to act, and Freedom to refrain. For that Freedom is worth the other, and each case must be judged by its own Nature./AC JP/ "Deprivation of physical affection in human relationships...constitutes the single greatest source of violence in human societies." /JP AC/ Seek not to control the Will of any other in the matter of Love, setting limits either to the Will to Love or the Will to seek elsewhere the Goal of Will. For Love itself is the sole bond; all others set up strains against the Nature of Things; whereby cometh at last the ruin of all./AC CC/ The shaman seers of ancient times, through their seeing, first noticed that any unusual behavior produced a tremor in the assemblage point. 6 AWARENESS People are either driven by REASON or choose to act with INTENT. Reason drives one; intent issues from choice. Abelar/ "By intending it, but not with your thoughts," he said. "Intend it with your intent, which is the layer beneath your thoughts. Listen carefully, look for it beneath the thoughts, away from them. Intent is so far away from thoughts that we can't talk about it; we can't even feel it. But we can certainly use it." /Abelar AC/ The keen : these are the men whose Will is as a sword sharp and straight, tempered and ground and polished its flawless steel; with a wrist and an eye behind it. The proud : these are the men who know themselves to be stars, and bend the knee to none. True pride prevents a man from doing aught unworthy of himself. The royal : these are the men whose nature is kingly, the men who can. They know themselves born rulers, whether their halidom be Art, or Science, or aught else soever. The lofty : these are the men, who, being themselves high-hearted, endure not any baseness. /AC AC/ 1. Furnish your mind as completely as possible with the knowledge of how to inspect and to control it. 2. Train your body to obey your mind, and not to distract its attention. 3. Control your mind to devote itself wholly to discover your true Will. 4. Explore the course of that Will till you reach its source, your Silent Self. 5. Unite the conscious will with the true Will, and the conscious Ego with the Silent Self. You must be utterly ruthless in discarding any atom of consciousness which is hostile or neutral. 6. 4th day 7 IMPECCABILITY One of the oldest belief system comes from Egypt and explains three deities in charge of the Universe. Please go with me for a moment into the past of the evolution of religion and let me present you with an overview of their functions: NUIT The all-encompassing MOTHER universe giving loving birth to each and all stars. 0 and 2. Infinite stillness. Total Expansion. I love you! I yearn to you! Pale or purple, veiled or voluptuous, I who am all pleasure and purple, and drunkenness of the innermost sense, desire you. AC/ Beauty and strength, the sense of the fitness of the object perceived as a symbol of the success of one's will, and the power of that will itself; leaping laughter and delicious languor, the rapture of joyous up-rush in full freedom of spirit and the delight that follows the success of one's efforts, luring the victor to enjoy the pleasure of knowing himself worthy; force and fire, the ardor of motion, achieving one's will, and the light and heat evolved by the love under will of the Self and its desires: these are the marks of those who know their True Self to be Hadit. /AC AC/Being once free, refuse to admit that any course of conduct may destroy you. I urge you to beware of the pride of spirit, of the thought of anything as evil or unclean. Make all things serve you in your Magick as weapons. Therefore, be goodly, not humble, base, timid, or frail. 8 EGO TRANSCENDENCE How do we go from here? The goal has to be: Maximize luck! Lower the accidents. I always saw accidents as a necessary evil until the lesson was learned. Take care of your fingers while operating a hammer! On the bigger scheme, shit just happens. But there is this right time right place and wrong time wrong place issue. If I don't restrict my gut feeling with reason and because, i won't be in the wrong place at the wrong time until my God given mission is completed. I guarantee that! This is what I call the Golden Path. If I do what God wants me to do, there would be no complication outside my scope. All will just work as perfect as needed. Materials materialize, needed helpers appear, the whole infrastructure is out to support me. A star moves unobstructed along its God given path. To have the support of the universe in our actions, we have to be like it. Wanting intentional doing the same. Copy good actions and prevent the bad ones. We have to believe in the good of all. I prefer to be deceived then to be suspicious. Create a paradise inside yourself, a peaceful oasis of good memories. A place to believe. IChing/ But the truly divine does not manifest itself apart from man. The supreme revelation of God appears in prophets and holy men. To venerate them is true veneration of God. The will of God, as revealed through them, should be accepted in humility; this brings inner enlightenment and true understanding of the world, and this leads to great good fortune and success. /IChing CC/ Warriors must be impeccable in their effort to change. In order to scare the human form and shake it away. After years of impeccability, a moment will come when the human form cannot stand it any longer and leaves. That is to say, a moment will come when the energy field contorted by a lifetime of habit are straightened out.
